Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre is a community-based non-profit health service organization serving south- mid-west Toronto. They offer a broad range of services, including primary health care, dental care, harm reduction, health promotion, counselling, and community development programming, through interdisciplinary teams.

The team at Parkdale Queen West CHC asked me to design a brochure detailing the SOS program benefits. The challenge was to ensure it was visually engaging, thorough, and easy for their clients to understand. I designed an iconography set to distinguish each section and used simple and clean typesetting.
